What do you think about the gallery of self portraits? It's certainly one of the most popular pages. But why? I'm really not sure whether those pics are generally well-received: Do they make me seem ridiculously egocentric and self-obsessed? If so, please tell me so that I can get rid of them before I make a complete fool out of myself! (Or is it already too late for that?)

Was haltet Ihr von der Gallerie von Selbstportraits? Die Seite wird sehr häufig aufgerufen, aber warum? Ich bin mir sehr unsicher, wie die Bilder auf Besucher wirken. Lassen sie mich furchtbar narzisstisch und egozentrisch erscheinen? Falls ja, so sagt es mir bitte, so dass ich sie streichen kann, bevor ich mich völlig lächerlich mache. (Oder ist es dafür bereits zu spät?)

Noooo pleeeasse don't get rid of the pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!! Self-obsessed? Mmm.... maybe, but it's better than being obsessed by someone else!!! After all, you can't stalk yourself! Creepy? Most definitely not. Some of the pictures are certainly chilling. The steely stares remind me of someone who is staring into the abyss. And, in a sense, we computer users are the abyss staring back at you!!! Also LOVE the way that you satirize the shower-room fetishism of Euroboy in "self". So more pictures please. Keep on not smiling!

Thanks for the encouragement, Brian! I wondered whether people would understand the humorous side of some pictures, especially if they don't know me in person? To make my intentions a little more obvious, I've now made a few 'adjustments' to some pics.
